Last updated: July 2026 At QR Code Maker, operated by Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD (Reg. HE 371549, Larnaca, Cyprus), we stand behind the quality of our service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding payments and subscription management.
1. Free Plan
Static QR codes are free to create and remain free forever. No payment is required and therefore no refund applies to the free plan. If you are using only the free plan, you can stop using the Service at any time with no obligations.
2. Free Trial (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to Dynamic QR code features. No credit card is required to start the free trial and no charges are made during the trial period.
At the end of the 14-day trial:
- Dynamic QR codes will be locked and will not redirect until a Pro subscription is activated
- Static QR codes remain fully functional and free
- You will receive a reminder email before the trial expires
No refund request is needed for trial cancellations — simply stop using the Service before the trial ends. No charge will be made.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your first paid subscription date, you are entitled to a full refund.
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with your registered email address
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We will confirm and process your refund within 2 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days to appear).
4. After the 30-Day Window
After 30 days from the initial subscription date, refunds are not available for the current billing period. If you cancel after the 30-day window:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Dynamic QR codes will be locked at the end of the billing period
- Static QR codes remain free and accessible
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Chargebee customer portal:
Log in using the email address you used when you subscribed. From the portal you can:
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your payment method
- View and download invoices
- Change your plan
If you need assistance with cancellation, contact us at [email protected] and our team will process the cancellation on your behalf.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Charges incurred more than 30 days before the refund request
- Subscription renewals where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Free trial periods (no charges are made during the trial)
7. EU Consumer Rights
As a company registered in Cyprus (European Union), we comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. By expressly requesting that service delivery commence within the 14-day withdrawal period — which occurs when you activate your subscription or start using Dynamic QR features — you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once service delivery has begun. Our 30-day money-back guarantee provides broader protection than this statutory minimum.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days from the date of approval. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 3–10 business days. All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review your case within 3 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law of the Republic of Cyprus as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
